Potential Issue 1 - Desktop client not running:
Nextcloud will stop syncing if the Nextcloud Desktop Client app is not running.
In Windows, click the "start" menu and type "NEXTCLOUD". The Nextcloud Desktop Client app should appear. Click "Open" or the app icon to run it and resume syncing.
If you can confirm the Nextcloud icon is in your system tray, that means the client is running. Click on it and check for any sync errors. You should be able to click on the error action button and resolve most issues.
The Nextcloud system tray icon should show a green tick when it is working normally.
Potential Issue 2 - Desktop client locked up:
To restart the Nextcloud desktop client, right-click on the Nextcloud icon in your system tray and click "Exit Nextcloud".
Click the "start" menu and type "NEXTCLOUD". The Nextcloud Desktop Client app should appear. Click "Open" or the app icon to run it and resume syncing.
The Nextcloud system tray icon should show a green tick when it is working normally.
If this does not work, try restarting your computer.
